I have a building I am performing a calculation for and one of the tenants has access to a 1,200 SF deck. Is this included in rentable area? All I could come up with is yes only if the building were occupied by a single tenant. Thanks in advance for any answers.

Hi Erin,

The unenclosed deck is not included in the rentable area of the building under BOMA 2010 A regardless of whether the building is single occupant or multi-occupant.
