How to measure separate buildings that support the main Warehouse?

I measure the squarefootage of a large warehouse building according to the Z65.2-2009. (its photo http://i50.tinypic.com/261hzdg.jpg )

There are some small buildings nearby that support the main building. Is it in compliance with the mentioned standard to distribute areas of these buildings among Warehouse Tenant's areas as a Building Common Area?

Security checkpoint. It has electrical heating.

Electrical substation. It transforms electricity for the Warehouse.

Pumping station.

Thank you.

Yes you can distribute the common areas of these other structures if they support the main building.
