Extreme Measures Inc. was founded by brothers Adam and David Fingret in 1996. Since then, the company has measured over 200 million square feet of real estate for many of North America's most prominent companies. Extreme Measures is well regarded for its responsive service and unparalleled expertise in the field of building measurement and area analysis with a strong focus on the BOMA 1980, BOMA 1996 and BOMA/SIOR 2004 measuring standards. Extreme Measures is an active member on the BOMA Floor Measurement Standards Comittee and is one of three companies in North America with the unique designation of BOMA International Official Standards Interpreter.

With an eye towards innovation, Extreme Measures continually develops and refines proprietary measuring techniques and web-based technologies such as Planmine™, our advanced file repository and content management system. Our new DIY Feature Sheets application helps our clients to produce professional marketing materials for their properties with maximum effect and minimal effort.

Our employees stem from a variety of educational and work backgrounds including engineering, architecture, architectural technology, marketing, business and computer programming. Extreme Measures is a professional member of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) and is active in the development of future measurement standards.

Extreme Measures is currently seeking architectural CAD technicians for as-built measuring positions in the Toronto GTA and San Francisco Bay areas. Applicants must have a college or university degree and work experience in the field of Architectural Technology. Experience with Graphisoft ArchiCAD is very desirable and the availability of a car is a significant asset. Extreme Measures services many major North American cities. The ability and willingness of applicants to travel is a distinct advantage.
