Extreme Measures Inc. was founded by brothers Adam and David Fingret in April 1996. Since then our company has measured over 150 million square feet of real estate for many of North America's most prominent companies. Known for our responsive service, we offer unparalelled expertise in the field of building measurement and area analysis with a strong focus on BOMA 1980 (ANSI/BOMA 1980 Z65.1-1980), BOMA 1996 (ANSI/BOMA 1996 Z65.1-1996) and BOMA/SIOR 2004 measuring standards.

With an eye towards innovation, Extreme Measures continually develops and refines proprietary measuring techniques and web-based facility and lease management technologies. Our free web application; Planmine&trade is an advanced file repository and centralized content management system. Planmine Pro, currently under development, introduces sophisticated lease, area and facilities management tools.

Our employees come from a variety of educational and work backgrounds including engineering, architecture, architectural technology, marketing, business and computer programming. Extreme Measures is a professional member of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association).
