For a building with a single tenant using EGA Exterior Gross Area for leasing purposes, is there any condition where exterior area is included.
While page 32 Illustration 8.1 shows exterior circulation being included in the Measure Line, wouldn't exterior circulation only apply to a multiple tenant?

External Circulation is the only exterior area that may be included. This applies the same for multi-occupant floors, single occupant floors and single occupant buildings.
